There may be a few reasons to why you didn't receive your box this week:
- You skipped the payment for this Sunday. You can double check this by going to "My Account" and clicking "Payment Settings."
- Your subscription starts at a later time. This could be true if you've recently created an account. We've made a pre-subscription that starts April 2nd, you can double check on the product page.
